Rahul is the co-founder and CTO at PhonePe. He is a serial entrepreneur in the consumer internet space and has built PhonePe into one of India’s fastest growing and largest fintech companies. He comes with over two decades of experience in consumer internet and enterprise software space. He has strong experience in building world-class tech platforms for web-scale, continuously scaling systems to deal with hyper-growth and evolving the processes and practices to meet the demands of a fast-growing organization. Prior to PhonePe he was working as the VP Engineering at Flipkart and was responsible for building the best-in-class supply chain system for e-commerce. He joined Flipkart in 2011 through the acquisition of Mallers Inc where he served as the Chief Technology Officer and built Mime360, their flagship product. Prior to Mallers, Rahul was with the Data Center Business Unit at Cisco Systems where he was part of the team that developed the market changing MDS 9000 family of SAN switches. He is named on multiple storage virtualization related patents. Rahul holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay (Mumbai) University, India (Gold Medalist).

Kanika Khetawat is a software developer at PhonePe and has been part of the organisation since its early days. Being a part of the payments team, She has been fortunate enough to experience the massive growth of the transactions and the tech challenges along with it. This has given her opportunities to work on complex problems dealing with scalability and optimisations, one of them being the database scalability to support the increasing storage requirements and operations. She has a master’s degree in computing systems from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree from NIT Allahabad.

Radhika Tamvada comes with 20+ years of experience. She has worked in both tech and product roles across organizations like Microsoft, Google, Flipkart, PhonePe and Amazon. She is currently working as Principal Product Manager at Amazon.

Malthi has more than 2 decades of experience of developing, building and scaling Enterprise, SMB and Platform Global Products used by thousands of LE and millions of users in SMB and Individual users. She has held several product leadership positions across various organizations and set up high performing teams. Been responsible for defining the product strategy and execution for various global product lines. Been a catalyst for Design Thinking and conducted several workshops. In the last 5 years, She has been mentoring several early stage start-ups to curate their strategy, refine their GTM and positioning, build their pitch decks for investors, refine UX of their products, define the product discovery scope etc. Malthi S worked as Director of Product Management at PayPal.
